About ReputeCo: Motor Manufacturing in Zhongshan, China
Zhongshan Repute Technology Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures motors for HVAC and ventilation equipment. Our work centres on two families — brushless DC motors and AC induction motors — for air conditioners, dehumidifiers, fans, ventilation units and exhaust systems.
Household appliances, commercial HVAC, industrial ventilation and air purification all use the same core capability: a motor matched to an impeller, a duct system and an acoustic target, produced in volume with consistent test data.

What we do
Motor development, production and support in one plant
Custom engineering
Windings, shafts, flanges, lead wires and connectors are adapted to the appliance. Speed curves, protection thresholds and control interfaces are tuned with the customer's main board.
Volume supply
Five assembly lines, ten winding machines and a varnish shop support 300,000 pcs per month under ISO 9001:2015, with lot testing and dated delivery plans.

Class F insulation, dielectric strength testing and thermal protection on AC motors. A motor that fails safely is part of the appliance's safety case.
Reliability
Bearing selection, dynamic balance and lot-level testing aim at a motor that still meets its speed and noise targets after years of duty.
Clean
Brushless designs avoid carbon dust, and material compliance is screened with XRF analysis before shipment.
Innovation
Integrated drivers, optimised magnetic circuits and control algorithms are developed in-house and applied to the next platform, not kept as samples.
Manufacturing
Winding, varnishing, assembly and test under one roof
Stator winding, varnish treatment, rotor assembly, PCB integration and final test all happen in the same plant. That shortens the feedback loop when a winding change or a noise issue has to be resolved.

Routine production checks and type tests use the same equipment, so the data on a shipment can be traced back to the bench that produced it.

Temperature-humidity endurance and temperature rise.
