Working from a sample
If a motor is already in production, a label photo, a dimensioned drawing and the electrical data are enough for a first proposal. We cross-check the parameters that must match exactly and flag the ones that can be adjusted.

Tested in the same plant that builds it
Performance, temperature rise, dielectric strength and noise checks run in the same plant as winding and assembly, so a shipment can be traced back to its production lot and test record.
